2. Check ground strap connection for security and
corrosion at terminal lug (5) on power entry panel
(6).
3. Check condition of ground using multimeter (7).
(Use TC 11-6).
a. Set multimeter (7) for AC voltage.
b. Place red lead on shelter.
c. Place black lead on ground strap.
d. Measure voltage:
0-5 volts, adquate ground
Over 5 volts-poor ground, reinstall ground system.
