4 DRAWER CABINET (A), 6 DRAWER CABINET (B), 4 DRAWER CABINET (C), AND 4 DRAWER CABINET (D)

a.
Use holes (Figure 4, Item 14, 15, 16 and 17) of existing work surface (Figure 4, Item 11) to determine
drill bit sizes.
b.
Mark and match drill holes (Figure 4, Item 14, 15, 16 and 17) of work surface (Figure 4, Item 11) through
four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 4, Item 10).
10. If a new work surface (Figure 4, Item 11) must be installed:
a.
Position work surface (Figure 4, Item 11), inished side up, on top of four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 4,
Item 10) and four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 4, Item 12).
b.
Ensure work surface (Figure 4, Item 11) is lush with back and sides of four drawer cabinet (C (Figure 4,
Item 10) and four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 4, Item 12).
c.
On inside of four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 4, Item 9), mark two hole placements( Figure 4, Item 9) in
top of cabinet on non-inished side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 11).
d.
On inside of four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 4, Item 12), mark two hole placements (Figure 4, Item 13) in
top of cabinet on non-inished side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 11).
e.
After four hole placement marks (Figure 4, Item 9 and 13) have been made, lip work surface (Figure 4,
Item 11) over with non-inished side up.
f.
On non-inished side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 11) at four marked hole placements(Figure 4, Item
9 and 13), center punch and drill four 5/16 inch holes to a depth of 3/4 inch.
11. If new four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 4, Item 10), four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 4, Item 12) and work
surface (Figure 4, Item 11) has been installed:
a.
Align shear, brake, and roll machine with left side of base 3.00 inches from left side of four drawer
cabinet (C) (Figure 4, Item 10) and front of base 4.00 inches from front side of four drawer cabinet (C)
work surface (Figure 4, Item 11).
b.
Mark and match drill four mounting holes (Figure 4, Item 14, 15, 16, and 17) in four drawer cabinet s (C)
work surface (Figure 4, Item 11) from shear, brake, and roll machine.
c.
Return work surface (Figure 4, Item 11) inished side up, on top of four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 4, Item
10) and four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 4, Item 12).
12. Align bolt holes of work surface (Figure 4, Item 11) with bolt holes on top of four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 4,
Item 10) and four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 4, Item 12).
13. Install four lag bolts (Figure 4, Item 1), four lock washers (Figure 4, Item 2), and four lat washers (Figure
4, Item 3) securing work surface (Figure 4, Item 11) to four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 4, Item 10) and four
drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 4, Item 12).
14. Install four bolts (Figure 4, Item 19), eight lat washers (Figure 4, Item 20), four lock washers (Figure 4, Item
2), and four nuts (Figure 4, Item 21) attaching two cabinet brackets (Figure 4, Item 19) to four drawer cabinet
(A) (Figure 4, Item 5) and four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 4, Item 12).
15. Install hardware attaching four drawer cabinet (A) (Figure 4, Item 5), six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 4, Item
7), four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 4, Item 10), and four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 4, Item 12) to shelter loor
and wall IAW WP 0041 00, Cabinets (A) and (B) Hardware, INSTALLATION.
16. Install drawers, slides, and shelves as necessary IAW Drawers, Slides, And Shelves, INSTALLATION.
17. Install kick plate IAW Kick Plate, INSTALLATION.
