REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT CONTINUED
INSTALLATION
SHELF CABINET (A), 4 DRAWER CABINET (A), 6 DRAWER CABINET (B), 4
DRAWER CABINET (C), AND 4 DRAWER CABINET (D) (1036859)
1.
Install four bolts (Figure 3, Item 21), eight lat washers (Figure 3, Item 4), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item 3),
and four nuts (Figure 3, Item 23) attaching four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 3, Item 15) to four drawer cabinet
(C) (Figure 3, Item 8).
2.
Install four bolts (Figure 3, Item 21), eight lat washers (Figure 3, Item 4), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item 3),
and four nuts (Figure 3, Item 23) attaching four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 3, Item 8) to six drawer cabinet (B)
(Figure 3, Item 9).
3.
Install four bolts (Figure 3, Item 21), eight lat washers (Figure 3, Item 4), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item 3),
and four nuts (Figure 3, Item 23) attaching six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 9) to four drawer cabinet (A)
(Figure 3, Item 24).
4.
Install four bolts (Figure 3, Item 21), eight lat washers (Figure 3, Item 4), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item
3), and four nuts (Figure 3, Item 23) attaching shelf cabinet (A) (Figure 3, Item 1) to four drawer cabinet (A)
(Figure 3, Item 24).
5.
If new shelf cabinet (A) (Figure 3, Item 1) must be installed:
a.
On right side of cabinet, measure from top of cabinet down 18.00 inches and from back to front 10.50
inches. Mark measurement (Figure 3, Item 10).
b.
Cut 2.38 inch diameter hole at marked hole placement (Figure 3, Item 10).
c.
On top side of cabinet, measure from left side toward right 12.00 inches and from back side toward front
7.00 inches. Mark measurement (Figure 3, Item 25).
d.
Cut 1.75 inch diameter hole at marked hole placement (Figure 3, Item 25).
e.
Remove burrs and loose chips from worked locations.
6.
If new six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 9) and/or four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 3, Item 8) has been
installed:
a.
Use holes (Figure 3, Item 11 and 12) of existing work surface (Figure 3, Item 6) to determine drill bit sizes.
b.
Match drill holes (Figure 3, Item 11 and 12) of work surface (Figure 3, Item 6) through six drawer cabinet
(B) (Figure 3, Item 9) and/or four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 3, Item 8).
7.
If a new work surface (Figure 3, Item 6) must be installed:
a.
Position work surface (Figure 3, Item 6), inished side up, on top of six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item
9) and four drawer cabinet (C) Figure 3, Item 8).
b.
Ensure work surface (Figure 3, Item 6) is lush with back and sides of six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3,
Item 9) and four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 3, Item 8).
c.
On inside of six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 9), mark two hole placements (Figure 3, Item 5) in top
of cabinet on non-inished side of work surface Figure 3, Item 6).
d.
On inside of four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 3, Item 8), mark two hole placements Figure 3, Item 7) in top
of cabinet on non-inished side of work surface (Figure 3, Item 6).
e.
After four hole placement marks (Figure 3, Item 5 and 7) have been made, lip work surface (Figure 3,
Item 6) over with non-inished side up.
f.
On non-inished side of work surface (Figure 3, Item 6) at four marked hole placements (Figure 3, Item 5
and 7), center punch and drill four 5/16 inch holes to a depth of 3/4 inch.
