8.
If new six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 9), four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 3, Item 8) and/or work surface
(Figure 3, Item 6) has been installed:
a.
Align upright drilling machine with right side of base 54.50 inches from right side of four drawer cabinet
(D) (Figure 3, Item 15) and front of base 0.75 inches from front side of work surface table top (Figure 3,
Item 6).
b.
Mark and match drill two mounting holes in work surface (Figure 3, Item 6) from upright drilling machine.
c.
Return work surface (Figure 3, Item 6) inished side up, on top of six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item
9) and four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 3, Item 8).
9.
Align bolt holes of work surface (Figure 3, Item 6) with bolt holes (Figure 3, Item 5 and 7) on top of six drawer
cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 9) and four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 3, Item 8).
10. Install four lag bolts (Figure 3, Item 2), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item 3), and four lat washers (Figure 3,
Item 4) securing work surface (Figure 3, Item 6) to six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 9) and four drawer
cabinet (C) (Figure 3, Item 8).
11. If new four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 3, Item 15) has been installed:
a.
Use holes (Figure 3, Item 16 through 19) of existing work surface (Figure 3, Item 14) to determine drill bit
sizes.
b.
Mark and match drill holes (Figure 3, Item 16 through 19) of work surface (Figure 3, Item 14) through
four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 3, Item 15).
12. If a new work surface (Figure 3, Item 14) must be installed:
a.
Position work surface (Figure 3, Item 14), inished side up, on top of four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 3,
Item 15).
b.
Ensure work surface (Figure 3, Item 14) is lush with back and sides of four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure
3, Item 15).
c.
On inside of four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 3, Item 15), mark four hole placements (Figure 3, Item 13)
on top of cabinet on non-inished side of work surface (Figure 3, Item 14).
d.
After four hole placement marks (Figure 3, Item 13) have been made, lip work surface (Figure 3, Item
14) over with non-inished side up.
e.
On non-inished side of work surface (Figure 3, Item 14) at four marked hole placements (Figure 3, Item
13), center punch and drill four 5/16 inch holes to a depth of 3/4 inch.
13. If new four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 3, Item 15) and/or work surface (Figure 3, Item 14) has been installed:
a.
Align belt/disc sander with right side of base 3.00 inches from right side of four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure
3, Item 15) and front of base 3.25 inches from front side of four drawer cabinet s (D) work surface (Figure
3, Item 14).
b.
Mark and match drill four mounting holes in work surface (Figure 3, Item 14) from belt/disc sander.
c.
Return work surface (Figure 3, Item 14) inished side up, on top of four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 3, Item
15).
14. Align bolt holes of work surface (Figure 3, Item 14) with bolt holes (Figure 3, Item 13) on top of four drawer
cabinet (D) (Figure 3, Item 15).
15. Install four lag bolts (Figure 3, Item 2), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item 3), and four lat washers (Figure 3,
Item 4) securing work surface (Figure 3, Item 14) to four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 3, Item 15).
