5.
Install four lag bolts (Figure 3, Item 4), four lock washers (Figure 3, Item 3), and four lat washers (Figure 3,
Item 2) securing work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) to six drawer cabinet (A) (Figure 3, Item 7) and six drawer
cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 6).
6.
If a new six drawer cabinet (A) (Figure 3, Item 7) and/or six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 6) has been
installed:
a.
Use holes (Figure 3, Item 8 through 15) of existing work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) to determine drill bit
sizes.
b.
Match drill holes of work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) through six drawer cabinet (A) (Figure 3, Item 7) and
six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 6).
7.
If a new work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) has been installed and/or a new work surface and six drawer cabinet
(A) (Figure 3, Item 7) and/or six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 6) has been installed:
a.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) towards left 2.00 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) towards back 21.25 inches and mark measurement (Figure 3, Item 15 ).
b.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) towards left 2.00 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) towards back 1.50 inches and mark measurement (Figure 3, Item 13).
c.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) towards left 5.25 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) towards back 21.25 inches and mark measurement (Figure 3, Item 14).
d.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) towards left 5.25 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) towards back 1.50 inches and mark measurement (Figure 3, Item 12).
e.
Center punch and drill three 1/4 inch holes (Figure 3, Item 12, 13, 14, and 15) through work surface
(Figure 3, Item 16) and six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 6).
f.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) towards left 10.75 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) towards back 13.00 inches and mark measurement (Figure 3, Item 11).
g.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) towards left 10.75 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) towards back 7.00 inches and mark measurement (Figure 3, Item 10).
h.
Center punch and drill two 1/2 inch holes (Figure 2, Item 10 and 11) through work surface (Figure 3, Item
16) and six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item 6).
i.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) towards left 31.25 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) towards back 13.00 inches and mark measurement (Figure 3, Item 9).
j.
Measure from right side of work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) towards left 31.25 inches and from front of
work surface (Figure 3, Item 16) towards back 7.00 inches and mark measurement (Figure 3, Item 8).
k.
Center punch and drill two 1/2 inch holes (Figure 3, Item 8 and 9) through work surface (Figure 3, Item
16) and six drawer cabinet (A) (Figure 3, Item 7).
8.
Install hardware attaching six drawer cabinet (A) (Figure 3, Item 7) and six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 3, Item
6) to shelter wall and loor IAW WP 0043 00, Cabinets (A) and (B) Hardware, INSTALLATION.
9.
Install drawers, slides, and shelves as necessary IAW Drawers, Slides, And Shelves, INSTALLATION.
10. Install kick plate IAW Kick Plate, INSTALLATION.
