INSTALLATION
CABINETS (A) AND (B) HARDWARE
1.
Install two bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), two lock washers (Figure 1, Item 5), and two lat washers (Figure 1, Item
6) securing cabinets (A) (Figure 1, Item 1) and (B) (Figure 1, Item 2) to shelter wall.
2.
Install four bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), four lock washers (Figure 1, Item 5), and four lat washers (Figure 1, Item
6) securing two cabinet brackets (Figure 1, Item 3) to shelter loor.
3.
Install drawers, slides, and shelves as necessary IAW WP 0042 00, Drawers, Slides, And Shelves,
INSTALLATION.
4.
Install kick plate IAW WP 0042 00, Kick Plate, INSTALLATION.
Torque bolts (Figure 1, Item 4) 160-190 in. lbs.
5.
INSPECTION OF INSTALLED ITEMS
CABINETS (C), (D), AND (E) HARDWARE
Figure 2.
Cabinets (C), ( D), and (E) Hardware.
Inspect cabinet assembly integration hardware (Figure 2) for rust, cracks and rounded heads. Replace as nec-
essary.
REMOVAL
CABINETS (C), (D), AND (E) HARDWARE
Remove four bolts (Figure 2, Item 3), four lock washers (Figure 2, Item 4), and four lat washers (Figure 2, Item
5) detaching two cabinet brackets (Figure 2, Item 2) from shelter loor.
