ELECTRIC ARC WELDER
1. Remove two cargo straps and four ring bolts from electric arc welder.
2. Store cargo straps in appropriate storage location and ring bolts in Shelter BII box.
3. Position welder by carrying to new location.
4. Obtain four set screw floor plugs from the appropriate storage location and insert into empty bolt holes.
