GAS WELDING CART NO. 2
1. Remove four bolts (2), four lock washers (3), and four flat washers (4) from base of gas welding cart (1).
2. Position gas welding cart by rolling to new location.
3. Obtain four set screw floor plugs from appropriate storage location and insert into empty bolt holes.
