INSPECTION OF INSTALLED ITEMS
NOTE
During installation of components same hardware should be used so as to maintain original
integrity of shop set.
Figure 1.
Welding Table and Hardware.
1.
Inspect welding table (Figure 1, Item 3) for damage. Replace as necessary.
2.
Inspect welding table top (Figure 1, Item 2) for damage. Replace as necessary.
3.
Inspect welding table hardware (Figure 1, Item 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9) for rust, cracks and rounded heads.
Replace as necessary.
REMOVAL
1.
Remove four screws (Figure 1, Item 1), four lat washers (Figure 1, Item 9), four lock washers (Figure 1, Item
8), and four nuts (Figure 1, Item 7) removing welding table top (Figure 1, Item 2) from welding table (Figure
1, Item 3).
2.
Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), four lock washers (Figure 1, Item 5), and four lat washers (Figure 1,
Item 6) removing welding table (Figure 1, Item 3) from shelter loor.
