POSITIONING GAS CART FOR TRANSPORT MODE - CONTINUED
NOTE
The SC4920-99-CLA69 coniguration has two gas carts. The 1035458 coniguration has only
one.
1.
Ensure oxygen compressed gas cylinder (Figure 1, Item 1) and propylene compressed gas cylinder (Figure
1, Item 3) are secured to hand truck (Figure 1, Item 2) with chain (Figure 1, Item 4).
2.
Remove four setscrews from loor inserts and store in shelter BII box.
3.
Position hand truck (Figure 1, Item 2) at transport mode location.
4.
Install four bolts (Figure 1, Item 7), four lock washers (Figure 1, Item 6), and four lat washers (Figure 1, Item
5) securing hand truck (Figure 1, Item 2) to shelter loor.
Torque bolts (Figure 1, Item 7) 160-190 in. lbs.
