Remove work surface (Figure 7, Item 4) from top of shelf cabinet (F) (Figure 7, Item 5).
6.
Remove four bolts (Figure 7, Item 11), eight lat washers (Figure 7, Item 10), four lock washers (Figure 7,
Item 2), and four nuts (Figure 7, Item 9) detaching two cabinet brackets (Figure 7, Item 12) from shelf cabinet
(F) (Figure 7, Item 5).
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
SHELF CABINET (F) (1036059)
1.
If cabinet brackets (Figure 7, Item 12) can be repaired by welding, weld damaged area IAW TM
1-1500-204-23. Repair must not interfere with form, it, or function of cabinet brackets (Figure 7, Item 12).
2.
Paint repaired cabinet brackets (Figure 7, Item 12) IAW WP 0061 00, Figure 1.
INSTALLATION
SHELF CABINET (F) (1036059)
1.
If a new work surface (Figure 7, Item 4) must be installed:
a.
Position work surface Figure 7, Item 4), inished side up, on top of shelf cabinet (F) (Figure 7, Item 5).
b.
Ensure work surface (Figure 7, Item 4) is lush with back and sides of shelf cabinet (F) (Figure 7, Item 5).
c.
On inside of shelf cabinet (F) (Figure 7, Item 5), mark four hole placements (Figure 7, Item 13) in top of
shelf cabinet (F) (Figure 7, Item 5) on non-inished side of work surface (Figure 7, Item 4).
d.
After four hole placement marks (Figure 7, Item 13) have been made, lip work surface (Figure 7, Item
4) over with non-inished side up.
e.
On non-inished side of work surface Figure 7, Item 4) at four marked hole placements (Figure 7, Item
13), center punch and drill four 5/16 inch holes to a depth of 3/4 inch.
2.
Return work surface (Figure 6, Item 5) inished side up, on top of six drawer cabinet (F) (Figure 7, Item 5).
3.
Align bolt holes in work surface (Figure 7, Item 4) with bolt holes on top of shelf cabinet (F) (Figure 7, Item 5).
4.
Install four lag bolts (Figure 7, Item 1),four lock washers (Figure 7, Item 2), and four lat washers (Figure 7,
Item 3) securing work surface (Figure 7, Item 4) to shelf cabinet (F) (Figure 7, Item 5).
5.
If new shelf cabinet (F) (Figure 7, Item 5) has been installed:
a.
Use holes (Figure 7, Item 6, 7, and 8) of existing work surface (Figure 7, Item 4) to determine drill bit
sizes.
b.
Match drill holes (Figure 7, Item 6, 7, and 8) of work surface (Figure 7, Item 4) through shelf cabinet (F)
(Figure 7, Item 5).
6.
If a new work surface (Figure 7, Item 4) and/or shelf cabinet (F) (Figure 7, Item 5) has been installed:
a.
Measure from left side of work surface (Figure 7, Item 4) towards right 2.25 inches and from front towards
back 9.05 inches. Mark measurement (Figure 7, Item 6).
b.
Measure from left side of work surface (Figure 7, Item 4) towards right 7.55 inches and from front towards
back 9.05 inches. Mark measurement (Figure 7, Item 8).
c.
Measure from left side of work surface (Figure 7, Item 4) towards right 7.55 inches and from front towards
back 3.75 inches. Mark measurement (Figure 7, Item 7).
d.
Center punch and drill three 1/2 inch holes (Figure 7, Item 6, 7, and 8) through work surface (Figure 7,
Item 4) and shelf cabinet (F) (Figure 7, Item 5).
