Install threaded sleeve (Figure 6, Item 9) into back shell (Figure 6, Item 8).
5.
Place locking washer (Figure 6, Item 10) inside of threaded sleeve (Figure 6, Item 9).

Place threaded locking ring (Figure 6, Item 11) onto connector end (Figure 6, Item 12).
7.
Crimp ive pins (Figure 6, Item 1) onto ive wires (Figure 6, Item 2).
8.
Insert wires (Figure 6, Item 2) into rear of connector (Figure 6, Item 12) in the following order:
a.
Insert black wire into the A cup.
b.
Insert red wire into the B cup.
c.
Insert orange wire into the C cup.
d.
Insert white wire into the D cup.
e.
Insert green wire into the E cup.
9.
Ensure wires (Figure 6, Item 2) are properly secured into rear of connector (Figure 6, Item 12).
10. Tighten connector end (Figure 6, Item 12) into threaded sleeve (Figure 6, Item 9).
11. Tighten back shell (Figure 6, Item 8) onto threaded sleeve (Figure 6, Item 9).
12. Secure electrical plug connector (Figure 6, Item 13) to power cable (Figure 6, Item 4) by installing two cable
clamps (Figure 6, Item 6), two lat head screws (Figure 6, Item 5) and two threaded sleeve nuts (Figure 6,
Item 7).
13. Perform operational checks.
