Item 14) in top of work table (Figure 2, Item 19) on non-inished side of work surface (Figure 2, Item 1).
Repeat on opposite side of work table (Figure 2, Item 19).

On underside of work surface (Figure 2, Item 1), center dust cover (Figure 2, Item 2) with work surface
(Figure 2, Item 1), and mark eight hole placements (Figure 2, Item 15) using dust cover Figure 2, Item
2) as template on non-inished side of work surface (Figure 2, Item 1). Repeat on opposite of work table
(Figure 2, Item 19).

After 24 hole placement marks have been made, lip work surface (Figure 2, Item 1) over with non-
inished side up.

On non-inished side of work surface (Figure 2, Item 1) at eight marked hole placements (Figure 2, Item
14), center punch and drill eight 5/16 inch holes to a depth of 3/4 inch.
g.
On non-inished side of work surface (Figure 2, Item 1) at 16 marked hole placements (Figure 2, Item
15), center punch and drill 16 1/8 inch holes to a depth of 3/4 inch.
h.
Return work surface (Figure 2, Item 1) inished side up, on top of work table (Figure 2, Item 19).

Install eight lag bolts Figure 2, Item 16), eight lock washers (Figure 2, Item 17), and eight lat washers (Figure
2, Item 18) attaching work surface (Figure 2, Item 1) to work table (Figure 2, Item 19).
WARNING
A two man lift is required when moving or lifting material roll. Trying to move or lift material roll
without suficient help can cause SERIOUS INJURY to personnel.

Carefully shift and position support pipe (Figure 2, Item 6) and install material roll (Figure 2, Item 13) inside
work table (Figure 2, Item 19).
5.
Install lat washer (Figure 2, Item 5) to support pipe (Figure 2, Item 6). Repeat on opposite side of work table.
6.
Install snapper pin (Figure 2, Item 7) attaching lanyard (Figure 2, Item 9) to support pipe (Figure 2, Item 6).
Repeat on opposite side of work table.
7.
Deburr rivet hole and clean off all metal shavings.
NOTE
Dip rivet s mandrel in polysulide sealant before inserting into drilled holes.

Position lanyard (Figure 2, Item 9) and insert rivet (Figure 2, Item 8) into pre-drilled hole on side of work table
(Figure 2, Item 19).
9.
Pull rivet (Figure 2, Item 8) to secure lanyard (Figure 2, Item 9) to work table (Figure 2, Item 19).
10. Repeat Steps 7 through 9 on opposite side of work table Figure 2, Item 19).
11. Repeat Steps 4 through 10 for remaining two material rolls (Figure 2, Item 13).
12. Install eight sheet metal screws (Figure 2, Item 3) and eight lat washers (Figure 2, Item 4) attaching dust
cover (Figure 2, Item 2) to work surface (Figure 2, Item 1).
13. Install hook Velcro (Figure 2, Item 20) by sealing pre-glued strip along the inside sides and bottom of dust
cover (Figure 2, Item 2).
14. Install loop Velcro (Figure 2, Item 12) by sealing pre-glued strip along sides and bottom of work table Figure
2, Item 19) using dust cover (Figure 2, Item 2) as template).
