INSTALLATION
4 DRAWER CABINET (A), 6 DRAWER CABINET (B), 4 DRAWER
CABINET (C), AND 4 DRAWER CABINET (D) (SC4920-99-B70)
1.
Install four bolts (Figure 4, Item 19), eight lat washers (Figure 4, Item 3), four lock washers (Figure 4, Item 2),
and four nuts (Figure 4, Item 21) attaching four drawer cabinet (D) (Figure 4, Item 12) to four drawer cabinet
(C) (Figure 4, Item 10).
2.
Install four bolts (Figure 4, Item 19), eight lat washers (Figure 4, Item 3), four lock washers (Figure 4, Item 2),
and four nuts (Figure 4, Item 21) attaching four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 4, Item 10) to six drawer cabinet
(B) (Figure 4, Item 7).
3.
Install four bolts (Figure 4, Item 19), eight lat washers (Figure 4, Item 3), four lock washers (Figure 4, Item 2),
and four nuts (Figure 4, Item 21) attaching six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 4, Item 7) to four drawer cabinet (A)
(Figure 4, Item 5).
4.
If new four drawer cabinet (A) (Figure 4, Item 5) and/or six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 4, Item 7) has been
installed:
a.
Use holes (Figure 4, Item 22 and 23) of existing work surface (Figure 4, Item 6) to determine drill bit
sizes.
b.
Mark and match drill holes (Figure 4, Item 22 and 23)of work surface (Figure 4, Item 6) through four
drawer cabinet (A) (Figure 4, Item 5) and/or six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 4, Item 7).
5.
If a new work surface (Figure 4, Item 6) must be installed:
a.
Position work surface (Figure 4, Item 6), inished side up, on top of four drawer cabinet (A) (Figure 4,
Item 5) and six drawer cabinet (B)(Figure 4, Item 7).
b.
Ensure work surface (Figure 4, Item 6) is lush with the back and sides of four drawer cabinet (A) (Figure
4, Item 5) and six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 4, Item 7).
c.
On inside of four drawer cabinet (A) (Figure 4, Item 5) , mark two hole placements (Figure 4, Item 4) in
top of cabinet on non-inished side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 6).
d.
On inside of six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 4, Item 7), mark two hole placements (Figure 4, Item 8) in top
of cabinet on non-inished side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 6).
e.
After four hole placement marks (Figure 4, Item 4 and 8) have been made, lip work surface (Figure 4,
Item 6) over with non-inished side up.
f.
On non-inished side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 6) at two marked hole placements (Figure 4, Item 4
and 8), center punch and drill four 5/16 inch holes to a depth of 3/4 inch.
6.
If new four drawer cabinet (A) (Figure 4, Item 5), six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 4, Item 7) and/or work surface
(Figure 4, Item 6) has been installed:
a.
Center upright drilling machine at 19.50 inches from left side of work surface (Figure 4, Item 6) and front
of base 0.75 inches from front of work surface (Figure 4, Item 6).
b.
Mark and match drill two mounting holes (Figure 4, Item 22 and 23) in work surface (Figure 4, Item 6)
c.
Return work surface (Figure 4, Item 6) inished side up, on top of four drawer cabinet (A) (Figure 4, Item
5) and six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 4, Item 7).
7.
Align bolt holes of work surface (Figure 4, Item 6) with bolt holes on top of four drawer cabinet (A) (Figure 4,
Item 5) and six drawer cabinet (B) (Figure 4, Item 7).
8.
Install four lag bolts (Figure 4, Item 1), four lock washers (Figure 4, Item 2), and four lat washers (Figure 4,
Item 3) securing work surface (Figure 4, Item 6) to four drawer cabinet (A) (Figure 4, Item 5) and six drawer
cabinet (B) (Figure 4, Item 7).
9.
If new four drawer cabinet (C) (Figure 4, Item 10) has been installed:
